Freehold Acquisition Fee
Where we acquire a freehold property our fee is either a fixed percentage of the final agreed freehold purchase price, or in certain circumstances, a performance fee being a percentage of the savings made between the vendor's quoted sale price and the finally agreed purchase price.
Fees are exclusive of VAT and out of pocket expenses that typically include the cost of travelling, photographs, and necessary photocopying. Additional fees include formal valuations, structural surveys, or other professional work.
Leasehold Acquisition Fee
Where the property is leasehold, the fee is either a fixed fee being a percentage of the finally agreed annual rental, or the average annual rental including the incentives. Alternatively, a performance fee can be levied, being a percentage of the savings made between the Landlord's quoting rent and the finally agreed rent.
