At BMH we have a dedicated team of agency surveyors that can acquire a wide variety of commercial premises for occupiers.

Where we differ from most agents is that we actively seek occupier acquisition work rather than disposals in the main. We don't hold an applicants register and as there are enough disposal agents out there already we don't need to compete with them! Instead we focus on offering a specialised service for the discerning client requiring a personal service with full Director accountability.

Our strength lies in finding the right property for you. It does not matter whether you are looking for freehold or leasehold, as we are expert in locating both. We are often deliberately instructed as "out of town agents" so that we are not in the pockets of the local landlords and can negotiate the lowest deals for our clients. For many reasons, it is advisable to use BMH as your agents. It takes very little time for us to find out the market prices, strengths and weaknesses and what there is available locally.

Then, of vital importance to you when you want to go ahead, we will secure the premises at the best terms possible. This encompasses negotiating the best rent or purchase price, the right incentives, capital contributions, fit out works and necessary repairs. Finally, we will ensure that the building is handed over to you in tiptop condition.

Where the purchase is a freehold, we will ensure that the purchase terms are fully agreed and understood by you before going to the lawyers. We will advise your lawyers if there are any adverse terms in any leases or contract that need to be excluded or re defined.
